Lora has been teaching in the early childhood field for over 20 years. She holds an Associates degree in Child Development, a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood with a Special Education endorsement, and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Administration. Through the years, Lora has taught in an at-risk preschool program, a private, faith-based, Reggio- inspired preschool, and a Catholic full day preschool program; all of which implemented the Project Approach. She also served as Aftercare Director in her previous position.
Lora has served as a Teacher Coach and Coach Coordinator for the Becoming Young Thinkers institute at UPC. She has presented at many local and state conferences and is a Certified Young Investigators Trainer. Lora’s Camera Project is the featured opening project in Young Investigators, 3rd edition. Lora resides in the Dunlap area with her husband and two children.
