Worship with us!

We gather to reconnect with God’s love and with each other, and to find the strength we need to take up Christ’s work.

Worship at UPC

  • Every Sunday at 10AM.

  • Join us in person or on one of our Livestream channels on YouTube or Facebook.

Intergenerational, inclusive worship is central to who we are and what we do. We come in to be nurtured and challenged by God’s word so that we can go out to follow Christ in loving service. In our worship services, you’ll find prayers, songs, and Scripture readings that reflect our experience of God. We understand that God’s word might come not only through sermons, but also through art, and through our shared stories.

  • Intentionally Inclusive

We welcome everyone to bring the whole self into our worship service. We affirm the presence of God’s image in every person, offering Christ’s unconditional welcome, regardless of social, economic or marital status, race, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or previous religious affiliation.

On First Sundays, we celebrate Communion and we affirm God’s welcome. As a sign of this, our children help set the table for us and serve as worship leaders.

  • Music

Our worship services are led by a dedicated team or musicians. When we worship together, we use each Sunday’s scripture as the foundation for what we create. Worship music helps us deepen our connection to Christ, to one another and to the world around us.

We welcome any musicians who might wish to offer their gifts. Our musical offerings include nearly every style - from classical to jazz, from traditional hymns to songs from the global church, from chants to contemporary Christian music.

  • Children and Worship

In worship, we live into our baptismal promises to nurture children in their faith. That means we practice Christ’s radical welcome by making sure that our youngest worshippers are included in every aspect.

Worship Bags with coordinated materials and Praise Streamers are available as you enter and there’s a comfy space overlooking the sanctuary for our littlest ones who might need a stretch or a wiggle with their parents.

On 2nd-4th Sundays, children age 3 though 8th grade are dismissed for their own classes following the Time with Young Disciples.
